What's a really scummy place?

Prague is the best city in Europe. The people are so nice, and the history it has. Plus the Tank Pubs it has is were you can find the best Beer in the world.

Geneva or Vienna I suppose. Where ever the nationalists are doing well. Perhaps somewhere in the southeast like Kosovo or Belgrade.
