You mean you have recovered your fund ?
Because recovery is also another scam where they scam people by charging a recovery fee. These services started soon after many started losing money and are ready to file a complaint. So they they provide an online form free of cost so the victim will fill up all personal details.
Then someone will contact to assist and charge an upfront fee and do some bogus recovery.

Can't say it was without warning, yet the closest to that had to deal with coins. They simply wouldn't reimburse what I paid.
They simply discontinued all coins for everyone. Yet it was well into the hundreds of dollars.
That was over a decade ago now.

There might be Report it as fraud to your financial institution that’ll do it especially if it was from a card do you have any documentation to record promises made to you or correspondence to demonstrate the fraud? Was it a one time error or a long running scam. The more times it happened or the longer the amount of time it was over the less likely it is you will ever recover the funds
Once I Iose my money on a fake platform I try to recover it using a fake recovery firm recommended on SW. 👍
