Anyone have any ideas how to help out a cold?

UGH.. just feel like cats fighting in a bag bad. But not achy, just in my head. Stuffy sniffles. .Lol

Leave off the dairy it clogs your catarrh up, plenty of water. Hot lemon, honey, ginger, or any hot spices will help

Sorry I am a little late but I do Zinc supplements and Curcumin, it seems to work for me. Oh, but it may be the massive doses of Bourbon that puts me to sleep and I just poison the bugs and sleep it off.

I usually get a tall glass and put in three fingers of rum and a spoon of sugar and fill with hot water ,,, it may not get rid of the cold but you will just not care ,,,,
