What do you think this might be? Occasionally my fingers will have this deep burning pain , what is it?

Its sucky, but tolerable. Just curious what you think it is?

It even rarely happens in my toes.

I'm only 19 :/

Joint pain is often attributed to Arthritis. Even in youngsters like yourself.
My mother suffers from a condition called Psudogout which is a build up of Uric acid around the joints.
Very painful.

Well Anaemia might be a factor as that affects a lot of how your body works !
How long have you been taking stuff for it ?
What is it you're taking ? Have you read up on what it is and possible side effects of taking it ??

Perhaps it's an allergic reaction? My fingers kind of burn, itch and swell up if I wear gloves of various types 🤔 perhaps its a sign on restricted blood flow?
