He died today. So sad. Grew up in his era, but I discovered just a few months ago his version of "Till We Kissed". An Arthur Alexander classic R&B hit, best remembered by Gerry & The Pacemakers' version. Ray Columbus gets my vote for the best version. Even better than Arthur Alexander's original version.
