@tnjazz: LOL, ME TOO. Which is why I rarely make it. I bake muffins, cookies, fruit crisps. All kinds of goodies. But when I make oatmeal as a cereal, I make it thick enough to cut with a knife, then I load it up with brown sugar, and pour hot 18% cream over the brown sugar. I get my whole weekly allowance of sugars, starches and fats, in one yummy breakfast.
