Have u ever cooked a whole chicken before ?

[b][/b] I still have not done this outside of work. Years ago I worked at a restaurant where we would roast chicken on a rack. But no. I have never ever did a whole chicken in my entire life. Have you. And no I don't mean cut up in pieces either. 🙂

No, but I've cooked a whole turkey several times and Cornish game hens a few times as well.

yeah, I love to cook Cornish games hens but haven't done it in a long time. Stuff them with dry fruits and nuts.

Yes I've roasted them whole in the oven but always bake them longer than what is recommended. I also cooked a whole one on a smoker but they taste too greasy when you do that. And I have a small rotisserie cooker that I've cooked whole chickens in, always cook them longer than what the recipe calls for though.
