Favorite meal your mother makes you?

I have a craving for my moms enchiladas!!!!
She'll be making them for me today!!! On my way to her house now all that cheesy spicy perfectly put together goodness is making my mouth water.
With a side of Mexican Rice and lots of salad!!!!
