Cheese Mold

I have some white-blue pennicilin-type mold on a block of cheddar or similar cheese.
Do I get rid of the entire slab or just cut out a chunk around the modly part?

Cut off the moldy part. Cheese is pretty much rotten milk.

Just cut it out. Best to wrap it up afterwards.
