What colour bridesmaids would suit this dress?

its my gfs wedding dress and she's not sure what to pick for an early august wedding. it's kinda of an antique colour with ivory bodice.

please no cynical comments on marriage. happens every time...

I would go with the palest shade of pink, rose, or my personal favorite green. A barely there (in any color) would work very well.

@fairone: i think gold would be nice too but i think the girls because of who they are would not feel good in gold and maybe not even look nice because they are all fair skinned.

I think this calls for a rich dark color. Burgundy or deep purple...a pastel or light color would be washed out and not represent her well
