I Am Not Alone

I am not really alone,
if there are stars in the sky,
how could I be lonely,
with so many small inkling lights?

I am not all by myself,
if there are birds in the trees,
how could I become lonesome,
with so many songs sung for me?

And I'm not the only one here
if the moon is out
how could I be lonely,
With that big glowing face shining down?

I am not all on my own,
if the wind is high.
How could I become lonesome,
When it whispers my name blowing by?
