I Hate My Period
I rarely eat dairy products. They're just something that wasn't eaten or drank often in my family and I still don't eat or drink them as an adult. Well I forgot that dairy can increase period pain and had been adding yoghurt to my breakfast last month. No wonder my last cycle was so painful. It was the worst I had since high school! I took dairy back out of my diet and I feel wonderful this time! I still get pain but it's manageable. Last time, it wasn't. No matter what I did I was stuck with cramps and nausea. Now all I need is some Midol and a heating pad and I am A-Okay. I feel so much better!
