I Am Confused

I have randomly fainted out of the blue before when I was in the second grade. I was sick for about a day or two. I went into the kitchen to pour myself something to drink. I remember my head hurting worse and worse. The next thing I could remember was laying on the floor. My uncle came running to help, but I didn't know what was going on. It took me a minute to realize I fainted for the first time in my life. My mom took me to the hospital that night. They took my blood and did a MRI, but couldn't figure out what caused it. A doctor told me to sit down if I felt like I was going to ever faint again.

A similar thing almost happened when I was at the store with my grandma. This was the day before I started 8th grade. We were talking to this lady about making dog tags for me and I started to randomly feel odd. I felt normal in the morning even though I stayed up all night. After a couple of minutes I started to feel weaker and weaker. I told my grandma and she had me sit down on somethingg (I don't know what it was). I then started to struggle with sitting. This thing I was on had no back rest on it so my grandma and the lady we were talking too had to keep me from falling back. I couldn't see at all for a couple of minutes and I could barely hear. I was conscious, but just barely. I was embarrassed because they used a computer chair to get me to my grandma's car.

In July I got done with an Orthodontist appointment and I was waiting outside for my steo dad to pick up my sister and I.My stomach started to hurt and my head felt funny. I sat down against the wall like thay doctor told me to do. I don't know if I was going to faint or not, but I wasn't taking the chance.

I don't know if this fainting thing will happen after a certain amount of years or what, but I am sure it will try to happen again sometime in the near future. I at least know what to do when I feel like it's coming though, I just wonder what causes it.

They aren't common but I got one before I first fainted.

[c=#7700B2]I blacked out driving with a migraine two times. The Drs had no idea what happened. I was lucky to get up before hitting anything. Turns out the car lights set off the migraine really bad. When I feel the pain get to what it was before blacking out, I pull over if driving or don't drive if I'm anywhere near it. It never happened again except during asthma attacks. I hope you're able to figure it out![/c]

It is called vasovagal syncope. Basically your blood pressure temporarily dropped too low

Thank you! I read up on it and that could be the cause.
