No. I stopped reading at Acer. Look for an Asus or Dell, especially the Latitude by Dell.

@AngryPanda: the dog pulled ot off the table and damaged the charging port. Everyone wanted a fortune to fix it so I ended up replacing it.

@NoOneYouKnow: some Dell are not bad. Latitudes are stronger than the Inspiron which I would never buy. Alienware is Dell too, but price point is more in line with Apple, so I'd look at those as well. The last two HPs I had have had problems like motherboards dying at 30 days, and they were higher-end 17 inch, so quality is suspect.
