As for the question, I don't think they CAN bypass them. The only site I know of so far that's allowing nudity in images, is appliestome - and even they're only able to do it because they've added extra terms and conditions - good luck to them, they're going to need it! It's a regular minefield ... 😯
Here's what they say;
Furthermore, you herein agree not to make use of Applies To Me's Services for the purpose of:
a) uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that shall be deemed unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy or which is hateful, and/or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;

aa) while uploading of photos of an adult nature, possibly including some of those described above is allowable with discretion, they must be uploaded to an album which is either private or view-able only by friends, or to a group album view-able only to group members. As far as group uploads are concerned that it at the discretion of the group administrator, except that the group must not be set to public access, a minimum of logged in.

aaa) Images of pornographic nature are not to be used as user or group avatar/icons. If you violate this, you may find your image has been changed. Repeated violation may result in further actions, leading to eventual prevention of posting further images, and or being bared from the site.

aaaa) No explicit or sexual images depicting children or anyone under the age of 18 years, are allowed on this website. Any member breaking this rule will be reported to legal authorities and have their account removed.


The list goes on, but it's only the nudity clause they've added extra bits to - and that was only since storypost.ca closed down (omg, that was shocking! Did you SEE it?? Gross!) 😓

As EP stated in their Announcement, "None of these are insurmountable problems, but they require immense resources to address reliably, effectively, and safely at scale. Those are outside the reach of all but a tiny handful of massive companies like Facebook and Google."

Ep lied about the reason they closed probably. Look at 4Chan it's completely anonymous and been running for years and 4Chan despite all the crazy shit that goes on there. That leads me to believe Ep lied and the reason they closed.

you can ,you just have to pick the right country to host your site. there are a lot of warez sites, racist sites in internet, and they never get banned.
