How to check someone's picture album in profile..I am not able to find the option.

Photo albums will be added to member profiles.
Additionally you will have much more control over your photos: sort albums and rearrange photos within albums, in whatever order you like.
When uploading a picture, you'll get the option to crop and rotate it.
