I do man. And yeah. It happens when I haven't had any food or substantive liquid for around 5 hours. I don't feel dizzy, but I do feel weak. And....it's a strange sensation I can't explain. But unpleasant.
You should definitely eat something. Or drink some milk. Milk gets rid of it, for me.
