I think it is generally very obvious and off-putting although some tasteful procedures make sense. As a way to make you feel better about yourself though I think it is heinous.

Very much so! I need a couple facial feminization surgeries and a rhinoplasty nose got broke in a fight when I was yoounger

Maybe if it was reconstructive after an injury or illness, but otherwise no.
