What's your opinion on "killer clowns"?

What do you think about this craze? Do you think it's harmless fun or is it really bad idea. In my opinion it's horrible, people are panicking because of it and what if some real killer would take the oppurtunity and use it for his own purposes? (okay that's just theory but it might be possible)

Truly stupid.
1. It's not funny
2. The people doing it KNOW it's not funny
3. Everybody in the western world will associate it with 'Pennywise' rightly or wrongly.
4 Those perpetrating this 'prank' KNOW the association.
So clearly it's done from a sadistic point of view.
5. Anyone who recalls the case of John Wayne Gacey is going to be terrified.

I think it's a bad idea. I don't think anyone's been harmed yet, but their presence is enough for someone to use a firearm against them.

Well maybe but, image situation, you alone at night in a car maybe just with one other person and out of nowhere there is a creepy clown with a axe on a road. Bet you wouldn't be happy to see him.

Maybe but on the other hand why would so many people still go along with that idea. It's just stupid... I just can't understand it why would someone want to scare other people like that.

I've seen them neko, some near my home,its creepy.
Some just stand round scary but somewhat harmless but others carry knifes and chase kids going to school
