I Have Food Allergies

So much shit I can't have. I'm allergic to soy, eggs, all nuts, chocolate, gluten. If I eat any of those my eyes got so damn itchy & my throat closes

My throat has never closed all the way, it swelled and my spit on thick. It's not to bad, all i need to take is Benadryl, but i still stay away from all food allgrices because the experinces is still horrible.
