If you could have one thought or attitude surgically removed from your brain forever, what would it be?

SW-User
I'd want nothing removing as I'm happy within myself already and am a positive person.

The sneaking suspicion that I don't deserve to be happy.

I would forget about the people I obsess over. The people I doubt I'll ever be with again, the people I know will cause trouble in my life, the people who I yet still obsess over, imaging scenarios in which we're together having fun again...No, I need all that out of my brain, I don't want to think about people I'm never going to see 24/7. They'll never make me happy in the way that I want. I want them removed from my brain and dropped in an ocean.

None, because everything in my brain remind me everyday of why I kept strong and why I am who I am today

YES that thought that America wants me to be the next president
Nothing. I am comfortable with who I am.
