Why some people say that there are "fine" even if they are not?

May be it's something they don't wanna talk about it guess

- Because they don't know how to explain what they're feeling

I think people don't want to burden their friends

Because they don't want to bother others with their problems, and some have a hard time talking about their feelings.

It means mind yo own business

Some times you feel silly for being a mess. Some one asks you about it you say no because they can't help any way.
