I don't believe that I over think too much. It isn't like editing, where I never feel that it is finished. I just analyze and make a decision. The only thing that I might overthink, is when there is no solution to the issue and I work it for days seeking one.
Yet there are days that I wish I could just turn my mind off. May not overthink an issue, but definitely could stand to shut down now and then.

I used to overthink everything. Now, if I stay in the spirit, the answers come easy.

You should try to avoid that when you can. It's tiring and you're more likely to compound this issue. ;)
