My parents aren't speaking to each other and been arguing a lot. I had made it when they fight. What do so do?

I mean yes couples have problems and it's normal but I hate the fact that they hate fighting. My stepmom is angry and screamed at my father about something and isn't want him to lose his job by whatever and they just talked about this and don't want them both jobless. She sternly said, "Well you better figure it out!" stormed off and slammed the door. This was last night. I was doing my homework and closes the door. This morning my stepmom ignored my dad and he isn't speaking. I hate my parents not speaking to each other.
