Humans did not evolve from apes, gorillas or chimps. We are all modern species that have followed different evolutionary paths

@JaggedLittlePill: Well, there were something like 15 different species of early humans. We 'split' from them when we started using tools which changed our body shapes. Something like 6 million years ago. And I guess when you're talking about evolution ALL animals share common ancestors.
