Would you "pay it forward"?

I need to, and I keep forgetting. Some nice lady, a week or so ago, payed for my Coke in the McDonald's drive through. She must have overheard me order just a drink and when I pulled up to pay, the cashier said the lady ahead of me had payed for my drink. Nice to know there are still nice people out there.
