Super simple. Link a card to it and can use paypal to buy shit, or send money or whatevs

The best way to get to know PayPal is to just get on and try it out. I'm a simpleton when it comes to these things but they're really good at guiding you through the process. You don't have to link it to any debit or credit card til you're ready either.
