what puts you into "the" mood?

That depends on what mood you're referring to.

if i really really like somebody and they're giving off good vibes and i'm feeling kinda happy i'm almost always in the mood, or at least in a place where all it takes is a few words or an overactive imagination to get me there.
doesn't happen often though.

Almost anything can put me in the mood IF it's with the right person. For ME, it is about deep connection, through communication, and mutual vulnerability and acceptance FIRST. If I feel safe and readied by the person, all they'd have to do is look at me a certain way and I'd be in the mood, lol. However, it takes a lot for me to feel that way with someone.

I love having fingers gently run down my back... only works if I have feelings for the person though.

Otherwise, I just create a past scenario and get myself going.
