I think i drank poison by mistake

I thought some liquid soap spilled in my drink but I wasn't sure. I still drank it. And now my stomach hurts. Maybe I should write a note telling them it was by accident just in case I die😂😂 so nobody will think it was suicide when they do the autopsy
