The one that I am currently most in favor of is called Unity. I originally heard about it in one of Spongs books. It's not Unitarian. It's based on Christianity but there is no creed to recite. It's premise is that we share the spirit of Christ. It is very inclusive. There are podcasts available from unityminneapolis.org if you want to check it out plus more info at unity.org

You don't need to belong to an organized religion. You just have to believe that there is a higher power. You can name it Fred if you want. Religions came about to control the masses. Now they are mostly there for socializing. Being apart of your village or collective. No two people have the same beliefs. No minister or priest has any better idea of what happens when you die than you do. You have the power to make this world and this life your heaven or hell by how you treat each other. You/we are the angels and the demons. The forgiveness, the mercy, the acts if kindness you show glorify you. Going to a church once a week and begging for forgiveness and then going out and being a horrible person again is not following any religion. There are atheists and agnostics and even animals that are better than that. You know what to do.

its odd you should ask this....the other day I realized how deep ingrained in our society is the name jesus christ....If I had years and years of followers....we could celebrate jenandramass...and everyone could be jenandraians and follow jenandraianity....I have many lessons and dreams to share...
