I Am American (southern)

Some people tendto forget when they speak of poor Americans. That some the poorest are in the rural south. They seem to speak of the innercity kids and families that have it hard. Innercity poor have it better than rural poor. They have resources such as income based housing, food banks, low income housing and medical clinics. The poor that live in rural areas dont have these.
