i figured walking to the metro, to work then taking the stairs all damned day long and getting up and down and up and down every few pico seconds i've got it made.

then no elevators where i live... so, that keeps me looking like a holocaust survivor.

About 1-3 hours. 3-4 days a week. Sometimes I get lazy though, and skip a week. Other times I squeeze in a 15-30 minute session if I'm busy.
