Yes, Jesus did. Upon the mountain when God gave the Ten Commandments to Moses, he gave the first commandment written in stone which said, "I am the Lord thy God. Thou shalt have no other gods besides Me." Jesus also said, "I and My Father are One."
Jesus also said, " I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to my father, except by Me."
Many places throughout the Bible, Jesus tells people that he is God. We just can't ignore that.

Neither does praying to man-made idols that cannot see, speak, hear, has no life blood in it and cannot think or reason, sound divine. God told the Israelites and us today, not to worship idols.
We do not have to earn God's favor or blessings. He gives them freely. That is what "God's grace" means: UNEARNED FAVOR FROM GOD. He already loves and accepts us as we are. Salvation is a gift from God, lest we could say we saved ourselves and that is not possible. Jesus turns no one away, who asks for salvation.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him (Jesus), shall not perish, but have everlasting life. For Jesus did not come to condemn the world, but through Him, we might be saved. John 3:16 and 17.
There were no "if"s or "maybe"s in those verses.
I know Muslims believe that only Muslims are going to heaven, and not anyone else. I have heard it from Muslims themselves, so they cannot deny this. Whereas, Jesus came to save the whole world, not just some.

@FreestyleArt Allah is the name of Almighty God in the Quran ,also referred to in other religions as Elah etc. In islam, it is compulsory to believe in all the Prophets like Adam,Noah,Jonah, David, Solomon, Moses,Jesus and Muhammad peace be upon them all. We also believe in Jesus peace be upon him NOT as God but as a mighty messenger of God, born of miraculous virgin birth from Mary peace be upon him infact we have a whole Chapter Mary in the Quran which is the 19th Chapter. Allah is referred to the Only One True God in Islam who created everything from the beginning and will continue creating as He wills, He's NOT some new Islamic God.
@TrueIslam Why don't we all call our cats "the cat" or our dogs "the dog" or our bird "the bird". Maybe we should call each of our children "the child". The word allah means 'the god' without specifying which G/god. As we all know there are millions of gods out there. Which one is 'the god'? You don't know.
