Were you initiated into mediation methods by anyone? If so, the most effective course of action would be to consult that person. If that person has a deep spiritual path, he or she could be very helpful.

@Heavenlywarrior Then my best advice is not to jump to conclusions. Spiritual experiences can be complicated and treacherous at times, so you need a proper Guru or Masters
to guide you through them.

@Heavenlywarrior Spiritual experiences differ from person to person. If you want to practice deep meditation, I highly recommend that you seek proper guidance. You may experience confusion at some point. You may feel lost or uncertain about your methods at times. There are times when you may need to handle your body and its health in a specific way. I am not trying to discourage you. One must make proper preparations.
