I saw both my parents after they had passed. I'd call it real, and take comfort from it. :)

She is always there to help, support and to love you and don't be afraid. They see us even though they are not in body with us, they come to us in time of need. Just relax and it will be ok and let her help you through the tough times. I've been there, could "write a book on it" ... and maybe one day I will.

I have had dreams like that, them seem so really you wake up and are freaked out so bad. It can be so scary too.
