The term "worship" generally refers to singing although that is a very valid point that there are other ways of worshipping God

I'm not a teenager or a Christian but why only those two options? Can't they keep their arms crossed or their hands folded together or whatever other position?

I can when we go to the pentacostal, evalgelical or ecumenical services.
However, I have to put my hands in my pockets at the Catholic or presbyterian service and worship with "spiritual" hands in the air!
