When I get ready for bed, I put my headphones on and listen to sounds like a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, engine room, data room, or B-17 bomber. It's relaxing, and it's the only thing that helps me rid myself of stress.

same, i feel like i have to do that in order to find sleep,
I slightly open my window if it rains
also have a fan running in the background it helps.

I’m partial to rain sounds or oscillating fan noises myself. I can’t sleep in silence anymore for some reason
