You don't have to respond... and what's more... why bother with people that don't recognize that you're busy and have a real life. Like.. I never expect someone to drop what their doing... to respond to chat on SW?!?...

Unfortunately society now is connected 24/7 and people seem to think that its ok to text email call at all hours and we are just expected to answer. Manners and private space and time have gone out the window. I have had numerous so called friends rant at me cause I didnt text them back straight away. Like you I have a life outside of sw and other social platforms. there are no manners or etiquette these days.

That makes no sense... Getting a reply within seconds no matter what time of day they send you something, that would be very suspicious. Not getting a reply for hours or days? That sounds like a person on the other end who has other things to do as well.

I especially don’t understand people who have dm’d someone out of nowhere getting mad and blocking them for not getting an immediate reply. If someone isn’t on my friend list and they send a private message, I’m not notified.
