And usually in the funder's contract is a stipulation that the grantee also received funds from elsewhere. I think I remember. a figure like 75 percent has to come from elsewhere.

@Heartlander remember United Way and what happened in that scandal. I believe Red Cross was also bad. this lady is counting on something to happen that has not occurred. i think i will report this to corporate
