Statistically rich people are less happy than fininacially stable people
666Maggotz · F
Isn't being rich also being financially stable?
SteelHands · 61-69, M
@MorbidCynic: That's one way. The other way of course is to know how to through real sweat of the brow and talent to get money to breed. It's all explained in the bible somewhere. It's called being able to see what you built and feeling pride in the accomplishment. What I will leave behind is tangible. Not a pile of paper records. People are embraced in the protection from the elements, moved to destinations, building things with, and hold in their hands most of the work I have accomplished. And sometimes when I think about it, I feel like a real Lester Burnam. "I feel like I'm seeing it all at once, and it's too much, my heart fills up like a balloon that's about to burst" with the satisfaction that my service made other's lives better.

There's nothing more rich than having that inside your head.

The cause of all problems
That would be the love of money.

@AfricanQueen16: Greed leads to frustration leads to desperation in all it's forms.

False. I could spend a year writing about a whole lot of people with millions, whose problems couldn't be solved with money, and many whose biggest problems were caused because of money.

Depends. Relative to each person's situation and circumstances. Some young person dying of an incurable disease might think - false.
Opengirl · 22-25, F
mo money mo problems
firefall · 61-69, M
more money, different problems - but less existential ones usually
No, I heard already of rich people saying: "Money doesnt make happy; all about the right people; love etc".
I agree to this. I dont think that this is everything. in fact this is human made. well love is bigger
no,not all the problems,if someone says yes then his or her purview is quite limited
SteelHands · 61-69, M
Now there's a word almost never used but in legal circles. Limited purview. Good choice of words. You must be a little educated to be so specific. I agree completely.

False but it solves most of the important problems

Most or some problems, not all...
No, False but when it comes to tuition...

Answer to current problems in my hands, yes. In other's hands this has been the single most influential barricade to success. Some feel that by closing off access to all without major capital in a field of endeavor, then buying their way back in through requiring scholastic degree-ship, combined with permitting and licensing schemes that put these fakes in approval land and ban work by long experienced people is how you "earn" a living.

This is why I now see these with skins of sheep as parasites on an already struggling system.

That only looks like about 50K. I have transacted ten times that in my work life and am not only given ZERO recognition for it but had thousands in work ripped from my hands. It was one thing when they claimed you could be fined for working without a license and I said f-u those licensed ones don't even want to come on this turf. A completely different twist when you can't buy things without a license, or can't obtain the permit required to keep a safe updated blueprint for lack of an injin earing duh greed.

And I won't even go into the ghastly, potentially risky errors I know those horrid degree holders are making. Why should they care when they don't need to live in those areas?

I know. I'm off on a tangent ranting again. sorry. lol

What a world. smh

Most problems, yes
666Maggotz · F
True. Very true.
firefall · 61-69, M
Not all problems. But admittedly it helps. Even in the ways everyone should be equal, health concerns or legal issues, money is decidedly an advantage.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
Money solves all problems that weren't going away anyway, so take it when you can. It doesn't suck.
