If the federal government can't get its act together on the coronavirus response, how could it even handle a nuclear war?

America is a war nation. Because of this, we cannot do well without it. This plague has just about stopped any war we might get involved in. So we're floundering. We can't physically fight a virus, so we don't know what to do or how to do it.
