When someone learns an ugly truth about me and says, "So what?" and gives me a big hug...

When someone goes out of his or her way to surprise me with something that fulfills a personal, perhaps even private longing...

When someone makes something that is important and valuable to me important and valuable to them too...

I haven't had that in a long while but being wanted, needed;vital to another and of importance generally makes me feel that way.

I think just being known, accepted, welcome as I am. Being teased. Being real. Hard to put into words. 🤷‍♀️
