u need to do some muscle excercise..only cut a liitle calorie ..like 500 max..other wise you will become leaner mean you will loose both aft and muscle ..but u might look like skinny but have fat around belly hip chest

Body image issues are linked with self esteem and how you see yourself. This is also why some people who end up reaching their goal weight still suffer from depression after losing their weight: They realize that it was their own selves they didn't like, not the fact that they were fat.

You have put the time and effort in to lose 2 and a half stone. That takes a lot of hard work, that should motivate you to push on and keep going to get to your goal! If you took any, look at before pictures of you and compare them to now! I bet you will feel 10x better about yourself than you do right now

Maybe you were meant to be big,its not bad . Dieting to health harm is not going to help.im old and getting fat ,you have to go with the changes
