Did you ever notice that time moves forward and we're always in the present, yet it's impossible to just "live for the moment" ?

Food, clothing and shelter are necessary, and they require planning-. Even giving birth is harder without plans and anticipation- What do you make of this?

I don’t think “living in the moment” means doing nothing but. If we don’t reflect on our history, we might never learn from it. If we don’t plan or dream or take care of the business that secures our tomorrow, our tomorrow might be kinda cold and hungry. lol There’s a place for all three - but I think living in a moment gets a lot of attention nowadays because so many people are wrapped up in the other two and forget to just stop and breathe and look and feel and enjoy what that moment they’re sitting in has to offer. That’s usually where the peace lies, I find.
Fuels my anxiety.
