This is not a reply to you because you are a nut.
I'm writing for the benefit of a casual reader. George Washington was-of course- a distinguished Freemason because of his role in American history but he was not a particularly high ranking one. He was master of a lodge in Virginia.
Every state in this country has its own Grand Lodge. Same in Canada. Smaller countries typically have a Grand Lodge. There is NO international authority of Masons.
To become a Mason it is required to have a belief in a Supreme Being (God). In England in the 18th century when the first Grand Lodge was set up, Catholics and Jews who were then under some legal disabilities, were Freemasons.
The connection between the Knights Templar and Freemasons makes for great stories but is fantasy.
So-called speculative Masons took on the rituals of medieval stonemasons.
As Jacob Bronowski put it in his classic The Ascent of Man, “The wandering builders
were an intellectual aristocracy and could move all over Europe, sure of a job and
a welcome; they called themselves freemasons…The skill they carried in their
hand and their heads seemed to others as much a mystery as a tradition, a secret
fund of knowledge that stood outside the dreary formalism of pulpit learning.”

@ElleryQueen Great opinion. 👍Just to let you know, there is an overall Grand Master. They're not just all doing their own thing in whatever country or state they reside in. What you wrote has truth though. Last words. We'll see who nut is. 🤣 I have a feeling it will be sooner than what you, me, and everybody may think. Oh, one more thing. These are the last words. 😅 For you casual readers, just go ahead and do your own research if you like. That way you can form your own opinions without calling anyone nuts. 😂 🙂

@maskedbandit There is NO overall Grand Master. This is sheer nonsense. You also haven't the slightest sense of what Freemasons do or stand for.

@ElleryQueen It sounds like you are a freemason, no? You're right, a lot of it is how I see it, just a thought, remember. My opinion, a conspiracy, whatever. Just like anyone else who would attempt to explain what they think, in the shortest way possible, because there is a lot to cover on the subject, many different directions it can take you in. Sometimes conspiracies, speculations and theories, become facts. Then the ones that think they knew it all, becomes in awe. 👍 ✌️🤷‍♂️ 🙂

@PoeticPlay 👍 🙂
It's not so secret if we know about it, they want you to know who's sticking it up your arse
