You seem to already have your mind set on them being a bad person.

In my honest opinion people are too complex to label them as definitively good or bad. On top of that labels of good and bad are entirely subjective. A person's moral compass isn't guaranteed to be the same as another, and due to that you can't label someone as good or bad objectively.

Based solely on the traits you listed, and taking into account my definition of right and wrong as well as what I consider toxic or bad qualities, the person certainly seems like a bad person.

However it's almost guaranteed there's more to them than those things. There's too many unknown variables to consider in order to label them as a good or bad person. For example why do they act the way they do? Do they see it as wrong? If not, then why don't they? What are their values? What's important to them and why? Do they have a desire to change? Why don't they change? What is a person's worth defined to them by? Do they have regrets? There's tons more.

In reality if you don't make an effort to understand someone completely before judging them you shouldn't really be judging them at all. Everyone has parts of themselves they hide, and their own reasons for doing so. As a result the parts they show to people sometimes tend to be the bad ones. Regardless though it goes both ways, they need to make an effort to understand you as well as maybe even allow you to understand them.

Basically my point is you shouldn't judge people with out looking from all three angles. Your perspective, their perspective, and a neutral or outside perspective. Once you understand all three angles you understand enough to justified in having an opinion.
