Tobacco is very cheap in most places... only in Westen countries is it taxed so heavily

So it seems! I know my area of the US used to be all tobacco farms, but as time has gone on, they have had to close up, prices are too cheap and tobacco is manual heavy work. I guess it all gets exported to areas where labor is cheaper.
