@kosmos7 It is how I grew up. Weakness is unacceptable and showing it gives others power over you to exploit said weakness. Never ever let them see you cry. Shoulder whatever it is, and move on in silence.

@LadyBronte I never cry front of people too. I can cry when I praying to God because he knows everything and I can trust him. I know some people are bad, when they see you as weakling try to trample... I am nice until they get unfair with me then I stand on my ground. We have to standing for what's right.

@SW-User Sometimes though, it would be nice not to have to be strong all the time - that those who say they care, actually did.

@LadyBronte I have people who do. We just sometimes have to take risks..to not do so is a lonely life. Even platonic friendships can be a risk..

@SW-User I have friends and people who care, but I never let them see any weak spots in the armor. The only ones who have ever seen that side of me, who say they care, never do. The lessons I'm learning, always point to never allowing that to happen again.

@Soossie I have speak out and resolve right then, my sisters like you just be silent.. it kills me, you have to explain why upset with me so I can understand.

@Mindful Very few know anyone well enough to notice how loudly their silence speaks. Even those you believe are that in tune, usually aren't either. It's all just a big game.

@LadyBronte irl I try very hard to have as few friends possible because I am willing to be a life line. And since I’m no Jesus, I keep the number less than 12. But my heart soft towards unexpected needs of others should something occur in front of me

@Mindful I am always there when others need me. It's what I do. Sadly, I don't receive the same in return.
