I dunno, sleep is nice, but doing things that make me think is best IMO. I have a CNC machine and considering buying a 3D printer, just so I can learn something new. It is fun to be creative.
Besides, it is one of those use it or lose it things, you need to exercise or you are just going to die.

@SoftIceCream I do walk what I can, I have an excersice bike at home to excersice my legs. I read books etc, I wished I could do much more but my disability wont let me do things I wish I could.

don't let yourself go because that'll make you decline faster; you should find something to do beyond boring leisure tasks

I'm retired for similar reasons. Sleeping during hot afternoons is nice. Seeing the traffic report on the morning TV news reminds me what I'm not missing. I live near a major freeway and hear traffic when outside. No debts. There is a payoff to 60-72 hour work weeks.

@Midlifemale Its not boring at all. I can see it in another ways that you even cant. I know very well the body is made for being active and work. I can work from home and I am out walking as much as I can and I also like to work but when you have a disability like mine that you have not even asked for there is not many choise left. And stop harassing me by writiing "thats the beginning of the end of your life". Your life is much closer the end than mine.
