I am affected strongly by things. It can be frustrating but I try to look at it as a gift. I pick up on things that many other people don't always notice and I can sense how other people are feeling. It's nice to be able to help people sometimes...

It definitely is but it's not something I specifically chose so I try to look at it as a positive thing.

It is called being a Sensitive. I am one also. It is a good thing, but it can also not be so good concerning picking up negative emotions from people I am around a lot.
